The Climate Skills for Youth Programme (CSYP) 2026 continues to evolve into one of the most ambitious youth-focused climate capacity development initiatives currently engaging emerging leaders across Africa and beyond.

Delivered through the strategic collaboration between the Coalition for a Brighter Earth (CBE), All-Encompassing Global Consult Limited (AEGC), and the Talent Incubation Hub (TIH), the programme moves beyond awareness into structured capability development, systems thinking, innovation, and measurable climate action.

Programme Vision

To equip young people with the leadership capacity, technical exposure, innovation mindset, and collaborative ecosystem needed to contribute meaningfully to climate resilience, sustainability, and global development outcomes.

The Strategic Partnership Driving CSYP 2026

Coalition for a Brighter Earth (CBE)

CBE provides strategic climate-focused engagement, ecosystem mobilization, and youth-centered sustainability leadership through the programme.

All-Encompassing Global Consult Limited (AEGC)

AEGC supports programme coordination, ecosystem development, communications, learning structure, and stakeholder engagement.

Talent Incubation Hub (TIH)

TIH provides structured learning pathways, assessments, quizzes, progress tracking, participant engagement infrastructure, talent development support, certification, and long-term ecosystem integration.

A Historic Scholarship Opportunity

Over 8,800 participants accepted into CSYP 2026 have been granted scholarship access to the TIH learning ecosystem, valued at approximately $1,750 USD through a fully sponsored scholarship framework.
